Adding an instrument

Open the instruments drawer

It sits at the bottom of the builder. Add Instrument opens the catalog.

Pick manufacturer and model

Cascading fields cover scopes, PSUs, DMMs, SMUs, and analyzers from the major vendors.

Set the VISA address

Type it or scan the bus. USB, LAN, and GPIB resources all work.

Test the connection

One click verifies the link and marks the instrument Configured.

Supported vendors

Instrument vendors TestFlow drives over VISA and SCPI: Keysight, Tektronix, Rohde & Schwarz, NI, Keithley, Agilent, Anritsu, Siglent, Chroma, Fluke, Yokogawa, Kikusui, TDK-Lambda, ESPEC, Watlow, Pickering, Copper Mountain, inTEST, Thermonics, and Microchip.

TestFlow works with Keysight, Tektronix, Rohde & Schwarz, Rigol, Keithley, NI, Anritsu, and Agilent. The catalog grows continuously. If you do not see an instrument, ask the agent for it, and it can flag the gap.
