How much does TestFlow cost?

Every tier is quoted. Validation teams are not interchangeable: bench size, instrument mix, execution volume, and deployment model all change the scope, so we price each team directly rather than publish a number that fits nobody. Request a quote and we will send one in writing.

Is there a free plan?

No. TestFlow does not have a free tier. Downloading the desktop app and creating an account are free, and generating and running automation is on a paid, quoted plan.

How do I get started?

Download the TestFlow desktop app for Windows, create your account, and answer a short set of questions about your role and the instruments on your bench. You then pick Engineer or Lab and start generating automation.

What is the difference between Engineer, Lab, and Enterprise?

Engineer is one seat for an individual engineer who owns a bench. Lab is three seats and adds higher AI throughput, the schematic canvas, advanced result analysis, reusable script libraries, the datasheet vault, and priority email support. Enterprise adds onboarding and training, custom development, dedicated support on an SLA, security review, SSO, and on-prem deployment.

How does TestFlow compare to a LabVIEW seat on cost?

A LabVIEW seat is a static license: it gives you an environment, and you still write every test yourself. TestFlow generates the validation plan and the automation script from a plain-English description, then runs them on your instruments. It is priced above a bare seat licence because it replaces the scripting work, not the editor.

Engineer and Lab are month to month, so the smallest commitment is a single month. For a team evaluation across multiple engineers and instruments, we run a guided pilot on your own bench with a real test case as part of an Enterprise scope.

What counts as an AI generation?

Accepted Answer

Each time TestFlow generates a validation plan, an automation script, an analysis report, or runs a datasheet through our AI mapper, it consumes one generation. Engineer covers standard volume and Lab covers high volume. The comparison table above shows how each tier is set.

Do I need the desktop app to run automation in my lab?

The desktop app makes running automation in your lab click-to-run, with no manual setup or configuration. It connects to your bench instruments and executes the generated workflows directly.

Can we keep our workspaces private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Workspaces are private by default on every plan, with a toggle to share a validation plan or automation script via link when you want a colleague to see it.

How do you handle procurement and security review?

Accepted Answer

Custom contract, SLA, security questionnaire, and invoicing by PO or wire are all supported under Enterprise. We have been through enterprise security reviews and will work with your procurement team directly.

If you need SSO or SAML, on-prem deployment, custom development, dedicated support on an SLA, onboarding and training for your team, or a security review on a custom contract. Request a quote and say so on the call.
